The Northeast Ohio Health Care Transformation Forum is a premier regional event that brings together health care professionals, clinicians, educators, public health leaders, and system partners to advance meaningful, actionable change across Northeast Ohio’s health care ecosystem. This year’s theme is Transforming the Future of Health Care Together!, reinforcing our belief that radical collaboration will always lead to transformative and sustainable change.

Hosted by Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), the Forum serves as a neutral, trusted space for cross-sector collaboration—connecting strategy, quality improvement, innovation, and leadership to contribute to the ideas that will drive change across Northeast Ohio.
